How does Private Access work?

Private Access is offered selectively, by invitation.

Guests may submit a request while a Chapter remains available. Access decisions are released every Tuesday on a weekly basis and approved guests receive a private link with a dedicated purchasing window.

Objects are only secured upon completed payment within the Access Period.

Access is granted at the sole discretion of Voyages.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery timing may vary based on your destination. The delivery window within the USA is estimated to be between 3 to 7 business days. Meanwhile, the delivery window for international orders is estimated to be between 5 to 12 business days, depending on the location.

While we work with trusted carriers, delivery timing may vary depending on location, customs processes, and external conditions.

Are duties included?

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes determined by the destination country.

Any additional charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return my piece?

Certain Objects may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition, with all packaging and authentication materials intact.

Bespoke or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return.

All returns require prior approval from Voyages Client Care.
